Miracle of the Week: Bloating

A woman in her 30's came in with an upset digestive system. She felt as if she was not digesting food properly and became very bloated. She had not experienced this before. During the BodyTalk session, we discovered she was holding alot of emotions in the abdomen: worry in the small intestine, anger in the large intestine and was holding a consciousness of feeling rejected in the workplace which was affecting stomach energies. When I saw her a couple of weeks later, she said that the bloating disappeared the next day and has not returned.

Miracle of the Week: Old Belief Systems

There has been a theme to the healing session this week involving the dissolution of old patterns and belief systems. This week a woman in her late 40's came in wanting to work on creating a shift in her personal relationships. She wanted to be open to create a new romantic relationship for herself. During the BodyTalk session we discovered that there was an imbalance in her root chakra and sacral chakra that was linked to an old active memory and belief system relating to her body image. After clearing out the blockage we worked on the pancreas energies and her ability to adapt to change and flow with the change. A few days after the session she called me to say that she opened up her social circle and for the first time in six years has started to initiate dating again.
